Custom Orders or Provide your own Mannequin service processing time is up to 14 business days. Shipping is 2-7 business days via FedEx. Included in the price is 1 free touch up, you’d be responsible for the shipping cost for both to & from me. If you have any questions or concerns please email glammiesbykei@gmail.com
GLAMMIES by Kei are custom made & made to order there are NO returns, refunds or exchanges!
Once your tracking number is sent & your order is shipped out the package is out of my hand, Please note that Glammies by Kei isn't responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact Fedex customer service to locate any packages or to further investigate.
If you live in an area considered high risk you must contact me prior to placing an order to request signature on delivery.

Although the GLAMMIES are sealed that does not mean it won't mess it. To avoid any mess up I suggest:
Avoid rough handling ..handle glammies with care.
Don't carry the glammie by the face
GLAMMIES can be scratched if dropped or bumped against sharp objects.
Treat your GLAMMIES like a human.. Don't leave GLAMMIES in hot cars or hot areas.
Care for your GLAMMIESas if you just got your makeup done and you don't want to mess it up.
