Here at Glammies by Kei we ensure to the best of our ability to get your Glammie to you safely without damage.

If during shipping transit your Glammie arrives to you damaged you may ship it back to me for a touchup. (You are responsible for shipping cost) You have up to 24 hrs after delivery to let me know.
Turnaround Time: Please allow up to14 business days after your mannequin is received for your Glammie to be completed. We are closed on the Holidays. Orders placed on the weekend will begin being processed the following business day.

Shipping: We currently ship anywhere in the U.S & anywhere in Canada for an extra fee. At the moment we do not ship internationally. Please allow 2-7 business days for you Glammie to arrive to you after being shipped. Please note that due to Covid-19/ bad weather Fedex may experience shipping delays. Tracking numbers will be sent out as soon as your order ships. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
